2011 - With Australian Institute of Sport athletes, rising stars and a past ACT Academy Head Coach among its ranks, it’s no surprise Queensland’s John Paul College is now back-to-back Australian Schools Basketball Champions.
2013 - John Paul College student and Vice Captain, Jake Grevsmuhl, has been selected to represent Australia at the fourth Commonwealth Youth Games to be held in the Isle Of Man in September.
2011 - St John’s Anglican College Year 10 student and high jumper, Hannah Joye, has had a terrific year in 2011, culminating in her being selected in the Athletics Australia under 17 squad which will contest the World Championships this year in Barcelona.
2012 - Three Olympians vying for gold at the London Olympics attended TAS school, John Paul College.
2013 - Two students from St John’s Anglican College, Trae Williams (yr 11) and Hannah Joye (yr 12) each won medals at the recently held Youth Olympic Festival in Sydney whilst representing Australia.
